They reviewed my changes and did exactly as promised. They cleared them, secured them (the original installers hadn’t even secured all the clips in the gutters to the house), reworked the downspouts, removed the rain barrels, and installed leaf guards. The even trimmed the low hanging branches over the garage. They removed all the leftover debris after letting me keep the pieces I wanted. Payment was easy with an online link. Nathan told me I didn't need new gutters which is what I called him out for. He didn't make any money by telling me this and he even gave me some tips on how to fix the issue I believed required new gutters.
